My friend was encourageous enough to open the noodle stand called YUSHIMBO in the middle of Kayaba-cho where all the food business engage in fierce competion for hungry and busy security brokers. Far beyond of my and all other friends' expectation, the stand has now become one of the best choice of lunch for its price, volume and even taste. My recommendation is the lunch specialty that only cost 500 yen (Japanese call this kind of lunch as "one-coin-lunch" so you could eat by 500-yen coin). The lunch specialty serves both SASHIMI Don and UDON (Japanese noodle). Try this!

I have to tell you how yummy it is! This steamed bread (stewed pork inside) is called NAGASAKI KAKUNI MANJU produced by Iwasaki Honpo in Nagasaki and is my "breakfast standard." As you may know, Nagasaki prefecture is famous for its black pig meat. The shop owner says that the best-quality pork inside bread has been stewed for quite a lont time until fat is gone off. It is also good for your afternoon snack.

I am sure you like the strawberry rolls selling at the pattisserie called Patissier Inamura Shozo. Not so sweet, but sophisticated tast rolls made by strictly selected fresh daily foods from Hokkaido (so that I have heard). Several years ago, I wend this patissier with my "sweets friend," and I was so surprised at this famous patissier serving by himself and having casual conversation with customers living neighbourhood. It made me understood why these sweets tast not only sophisticate but something like home-made. YOU MUST TRY!
